We use CCTV camera technology to noninvasively locate the affected pipe or sewer no matter how inaccessible the location.
After identifying the root cause of the damage with an advanced CCTV camera, whether it be roots, age or external forces such as earthquakes, we can often use a process called pipe bursting to lay the new pipe through the existing broken one without excavating the surrounding area.
This process causes the old pipe to be ‘bursted’ apart, scattering the pieces into the surrounding soil to make room for the new one. This method has the added advantage of ensuring the new pipe aligns correctly with the existing undamaged pipes.
There are however some occasions where an inaccessible location or the condition of the pipe requires an excavation to get the job done right the first time.
No job is to big or small as we have experience with small trench jobs right up to major excavation repair projects.
